In view of the innocuous relief sought for by the petitioner in the civil revision petition, this Civil Revision Petition is ordered at the admission stage itself without notice to the respondents. 2.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of on the following terms:
(i)The learned District Munsif, Devakottai, Sivagangai District, is requested to dispose of the the suit in O.S.No.88 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than one(1) year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
