ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No. 918 of 2020, on the file of the Inspector of Police, Kovilpatti East Police Station, Kovilpatti, Thoothukudi District. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that due to money dispute, the petitioner abused the second respondent with filthy language and also threatened the second respondent's staffs. Hence the complaint.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant, an FIR in Crime No.918 of 2020, has been registered. After investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kovilpatti and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.208 of 2022.

4.Recording the same, this criminal original petition stands closed.
