ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the Petitioner in the guise of enquiry based on complaint dated 16.07.2021 given by the Petitioner to the respondents 1 and 2.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public prosecutor submitted that the petitioner involved in Crime No.1003 of 2021 on the file of the second respondent. Thereafter, investigation was completed and final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.330 of 2022.

3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
