ORDER
The petitioner's grievance is that the survey notice has been issued without considering the objections of the petitioner. The petitioner's objections shall be considered by the third respondent. The second respondent shall also consider the objections of the fourth respondent. The second respondent shall dispose of the petitioner's application for conducting survey after hearing the writ petitioner as well as the fourth respondent. The entire execise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
