(MD) No. 514 of 2020 and Crl.M.P.(MD) No. 4642 of 2020 in Vide order dt.05/10/2020.

Prayer in Crl.A.(MD)No.514 of 2020:

To set aside the judgment passed in C.A.No.116 of 2013 dated 10.06.2020 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar at Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District and confirming in S.T.C.No.2964 of 2008 dated 21.08.2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrat, Sivakasi, Virudhunagar District and acquit the Revision Petitioner in the above case.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. RAAMAKRISHNAN.KA, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.RAMASAMY, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.4642 of 2022 in Crl.R.C. (MD) No.514 of 2022, dated 05.10.2020.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent has not raised any objections.

4. Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court, on the first working day of alternative months at 10.30 a.m, until further orders https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/
