Respondent PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.05.2017 and 04.07.2017 to sub-divide the land measuring about 0.69.00 Ares comprised in Survey No.340/2A7, situated at Aliyanilai village, Aranthangi Taluk, Pudukottai District and issue patta in respect of the petitioner's land measuring about 0.11.0 Ares comprised in Survey No.340/2A7 situated at Aliyanilai Village, Aranthangi Taluk, Pudukottai District. O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a direction the respondents to consider his representations dated 30.05.2017 and 04.07.2017 to sub-divide the land measuring about 0.69.00 Ares comprised in Survey No.340/2A7, situated at Aliyanilai village, Aranthangi Taluk, Pudukottai District and issue patta in respect of his land measuring about 0.11.0 Ares.

2.Mr.A.Muthukaruppan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.The petitioner would claim that he purchased 0.11.0 Ares in Survey No.340/2A7, situated at Aliyanilai village, Aranthangi Taluk, Pudukottai District, through a registered sale deed dated 09.07.2015. Subsequently, the respondent issued a joint patta. Now the petitioner applied online on 30.05.2017 and in person on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

04.07.2017 for issuance of separate patta and he has also paid necessary fees. Since no action was taken, the present writ petition.

4.In the light of the above facts, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the respondent to consider the representation of the dated 30.05.2017 and 04.07.2017 on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity to all the necessary parties, and pass orders, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
