O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent No.1 and 2 to instruct the respondent No.3 for not to harass the petitioner by intervening in the subject matter of the civil dispute in O.S.No.111 of 2022 pending on the file of the District Munsif Court, Pattukottai. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents Police submitted that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.No.469 of 2022 and the same was closed. The same is recorded.

3.It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.

4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
