PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to provide Crop Insurance compensation for loss of Crops in insured petitioner's Application No.1055230859, dated 15.02.2018 in the fourth respondent Office under the scheme of Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Jojana Scheme (PMFBY/RWBCIS-Kharif-2017) in 2017-2018, based on the petitioner's representations dated 09.02.2021 and 10.02.2021, within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to provide Crop Insurance compensation for loss of Crops, based on the representations made by the petitioner on 09.02.2021 and 10.02.2021.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, submitted that the compensation amount has already been paid to the petitioner.
