ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.3 of 2022, dated 09.02.2022 on the file of the first respondent. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the first accused fell in love with the second respondent/defacto complainant and he had sexual intercourse with the defacto complainant with a promise to marry her. Thereafter, the first petitioner refused the same and the petitioners abused the defacto complaint by using filthy language and also assaulted her. Hence, the case has been registered.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation in Crime No.3 of 2022 has been completed and final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alangudi and the same was taken on file in P.R.C.No.11 of 2022 on 15.06.2022. Now the case was posted on 20.07.2022 'for appearance of the accused'.

4.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition stands closed with liberty 2/4
