O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 3 to 5 to survey the petitioner's land situated in S.No.25/7B3A [Plot Nos. 12, 13, 14 and 15], Sidney Garden Layout, Arumbanur Village, Pit - I, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 29.04.2025.

2. When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that survey has already been conducted and since the petitioner refused to sign, the survey report was uploaded in the online. The copy of the survey report was also handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner. Since the survey report is made available to the petitioner through online portal, no further orders are required in this Writ Petition. 2/4

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. If the petitioner is not satisfied with the survey, it is always open to her to seek resurvey, by filing an appropriate online application. There shall be no order as to costs.
