Crime No.34 of 2022 based on the direction of this Court in Crl.O.P (MD).No.22091 of 2022, in the light of the order passed in Crl.O.P. (MD).No.1294 of 2024 dated 29.04.2025 on the file of this Court quashing the Charge Sheet in C.C.No.768 of 2023 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Earlier the petitioners along with other accused person had filed a petition to quash the C.C.No.768 of 2023 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul before this Court. Vide order dated 29.04.2025, this Court has quashed the above C.C.No.768 of 2023 and allowed the petition filed by the petitioners. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that at the time of granting anticipatory bail, vide order dated 03.01.2023 in Crl.OP(MD)22091/2022, this Court directed the petitioners to deposit a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- and the petitioners have deposited the same. Since the C.C.No.768 of 2023 is quashed, the petitioners are entitled to get refund of the deposited money. Hence, the said amount shall be 2/4
refunded to the petitioners within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
