Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records on the file of the 2nd respondent pertaining to its proceeding bearing Na.Ka.No.164/E/2020 dated 22.07.2021 and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to hoist the national flag at the Library situated in Survey No.803/17 of Unnamalaikadai Village, Kanyakumari District on the occasion of the Independence day as well as Republic day by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 23.06.2021.
