Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.F.DEEPAK, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.THANGA ARAVINDH.B, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition as to execute the bail bond before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Valliyoor instead of Judicial Magistrate Court, Padmanabhapuram in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.9441 of 2023 dated 24.05.2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall surrender and execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Valliyoor, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
