3.By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 4.The case of the petitioner is that she is the absolute owner of the aforementioned property and patta also stands in her name. According to her, the respondents 5 and 6 has commenced the work for laying road in the petitioner's property. Therefore, the petitioner has given representations on 08.07.2020, 05.10.2020 and 09.10.2020 to the respondents 1 to 4 to forbear the respondents 5 & 6 from laying road in the petitioner's property. According to her, till date, the said representations have not been considered by the respondents 1 to 4. In such circumstances, this writ petition has been filed.
5.The relief sought for by the petitioner is an innocuous relief. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents, if the representations of the petitioner are duly considered by the respondents 1 to 4, on merits and in accordance with law.
