For Respondent : Mr.T.Senthilkumar, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Cr.No.236 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 406, 465, 468, 471 of IPC and Section 12(1)(b) of Passport Act, 1967, in Crime No.236 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. This is the third anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner and the earlier petitions filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD) Nos.6670 and 9402 of 2021 were dismissed on 03.06.2021 and 15.07.2021 after elaborately considering the points raised by the petitioner.

3. Since the dismissal of the earlier petitions, there is no change in circumstances in the case to consider the present petition. Hence this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
