The petitioner filed this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry based on his representation dated 05.05.2025.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for R1. Since no adverse order is to be passed, notice to R2 is dispensed with. Perused the affidavit filed in support of the petition.
3. Mr.A.Thiruvadi Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submits that one Raja Rodrigo Parish Priest filed a complaint and the same was enquired in C.S.R.No.140 of 2025 and after enquiry, the respondent-Police closed the complaint. The submission is recorded.
4. In view of the submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. 2/4
