Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.P.MANI ANANDH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.ASOKAN , Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side), on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Due to Cyclone the petitioner was unable to get necessary certificates from the revenue authorities and hence, the petitioner was unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.19324 of 2018 dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 30.10.2018.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 30.10.2018 in Crl.O.P.No. 19324 of 2018 is extended further for a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
