O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the 3rd respondent to remove his name from the History Sheet (H.S.No.85 of 2021) in view of his representation, dated 17.04.2023 within the stipulated time.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police would submit that the representation that was made by the petitioner will be taken into consideration in the meeting scheduled to be held in this month.

3. Based upon the above said undertaking, this Writ Petition is disposed of. If the petitioner is aggrieved over the out come of the resolution made, he can work out the remedy through appropriate proceeding. No costs.
