ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 379 IPC in Crime No.152 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner had illegally transported one unit of pond sand by using tipper lorry bearing registration No.TN47AS1543. Hence, the present case has been registered.

3.It is reported by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that the petitioner is having three previous cases, in which two cases are similar in nature in Cr.Nos.61 of 2013 and 102 of 2013.

CRL OP(MD)No.11875 of 2021 4.Considering the nature of allegation as against this petitioner and the bad antecedents of this petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
