ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 294(b), 397 and 506(2) of IPC in Crime No.224 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. This is a second anticipatory bail petition. The earlier anticipatory bail Petition filed in Crl.OP(MD)No.6740 of 2021 was dismissed as against this petitioner on 16.06.2021 considering the serious allegations against the petitioner.

4. There is no change of circumstance. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
