Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling upon the impugned refusal check slip culmitated in Refusal No.RFL/1/---- /61/2025 dated 05.05.2025 on the file of the respondent and quash the same as illegal, null and void, ultra vires, without jurisdiction and without authority and for Mandamus directing the respondent to register the Deed of Revocation of General Power of Attorney dated 05.05.2025 presented by the petitioners in respect of the properties comprised in Old S.Nos.3/2B2 & 3/2A, New S.Nos. 3/2B2A & 3/2A2, as per Patta No.2909, S.Nos.3/2B2A2 and 3/2A2B situated at No.42, Kodikulam 2nd Bit Village, Madurai East Taluk.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is listed "for being mentioned", at the instance of the learned Additional Advocate General.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Advocate General prays this Court to issue a direction to the Registry for return of the original Life Certificate of the petitioner to the first respondent.

3.In view of the same, Registry is directed to return the original Life Certificate of the petitioner to the first respondent, retaining a photocopy of the same, under due acknowledgment.
