Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.ANANTH C.RAJESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties The petitioner failed to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.18637 of 2018 dated 16.10.2018. The petitioner who is the female and senior citizen aged about 65 years expressed her inability to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 16.10.2018 in Crl.O.P.No. 18637 of 2018 is extended further for a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of amended copy of this order.
