PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order of the third respondent dated 30.09.2020 in Na.Ka.No.2956/A4/2019 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the third respondent to reinstate the petitioner in the post of Headmaster - In Charge as per the order of the third respondent in her proceedings in Mu.Mu.No.2956/A4/2019 dated 10.10.2019. ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the order of the third respondent, dated 30.09.2020 in Na.Ka.No.2956/A4/2019 and quash the same as illegal and consequently, direct the third respondent to reinstate the petitioner in the post of Headmaster - In Charge as per the order of the third respondent in her proceedings in Mu.Mu.No. 2956/A4/2019 dated 10.10.2019.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the appointment of the sixth respondent as Headmaster - In charge in the fifth respondent school, however, subsequently, a qualified person was appointed as Headmaster - In charge and therefore, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the same, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
