This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first to fourth respondents to provide compensation for the loss of crops, in the Application No.1055192661 made by the petitioner on 13.02.2018 before the fourth respondent under the "Scheme of Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana Scheme" (PMFBY/RWBCIS-Rabi-2017) in 2017-2018, based on the Page No. 2 of 4

petitioner's representations dated 09.02.2021 and 10.02.2021, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the insurance amount has been settled in favour of the petitioner.
