ORDER

The petitioner challenges the refusal check slip issued by the respondent refusing to register sale deed by going into the question of title. 2.The law is well settled. The Hon'ble Supreme Court in the decision of K.Gopi vs The Sub Registrar reported in 2025 INSC 462 had held that the registering authority cannot go into the issue of title as long as the parties to the documents are before the registering authority and if they admit execution of the document, the registering authority will have to register the document. 3.In the light of the above, the impugned refusal check slip is set aside and the writ petition is allowed. The first respondent is directed to register sale deed dated 25.04.2025 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order subject to the other formalities such as payment of stamp duty and registration fee are being met and complied with by the petitioners. No costs.
