Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent herein to remove the encroachment by removing the fencing put up by the 2nd respondent across the 20 feet Common Public Road in S.No.120/11A which blocked the free access of the petitioners property by considering the petitioners representation dated 30.04.2021 within the time frame as fixed by this Honourable Court and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

[Order of the Court was made by M.DURAISWAMY,J.] When the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.R.Murali, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent, submitted that the petitioner's representation, dated 30.04.2021, has already been considered by the first respondent and an order was passed on 23.08.2021. Cont.P.(MD)No.1113 of 2021 reason to keep the contempt petition. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved over the order dated 23.08.2021, it is open to him to challenge the same in accordance with law.
