This writ petition is filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.08.2017.

2.Mr.A.Muthukaruppan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for respondent. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.The petitioner would claim that the land to an extent of 13 Acre 74 Cents in Survey Nos.143/1, 169/3 and 169/1 situated at Ponmeni Group and Village, Madurai South Taluk, Madurai District belongs to her. She was issued patta in the year 2011 in patta No.577. Since her name was not recorded in the computerised chitta, she gave a representation on 04.08.2017 seeking to issue computerised patta. Since no favourable order was passed, the present writ petition.

4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

matter, directs the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.08.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity to all necessary parties, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
