[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the Petitioner's wife namely, Mrs.Pulugu Vijayalakshmi, aged about 24 years before this Court and set her at liberty.

2.Heard Mr.G.Thiruvarutselvan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.Dinesh Babu, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and perused the materials placed before this Court.

H.C.P.(MD) No.837 of 2020 Habeas Corpus Petition, the detenue has joined with the Petitioner on 18.11.2020 and hence he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Habeas Corpus Petition.

4.In view of the above said submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
