ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming on for orders on this day under the caption "for extension of time" and upon perusing the earlier orders of this court dated 05/07/2021 and 22/12/2021 and requisition letter submitted by the first Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli vide letter in D.No.6323/2022, dated 29/04/2022, this Court made the following order: This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in S.C.No.229 of 2021. 2.It is evident from the records that this Court vide order dated 05.07.2021, has directed the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli, to dispose of the case in S.C.No.229 of 2021 within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Thereafter, the Court below sought further time.

This Court vide order, dated 22.12.2021, granted four months time for disposing of the case. Now the Court below seeks further three months time to dispose of the said case. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

CRL OP(MD). No.5973 of 2021 the above case. Accordingly, three months time is extended for disposing the case in S.C.No.229 of 2021 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
