: Respondent PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to make necessary change and correct the date of birth as 09.06.1984 instead of 10.09.1984 in the birth certificate of the petitioner's son V.Arun Prasad issued by the respondent dated 22.02.2017.

O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the respondent to make necessary change and correct the date of birth as 09.06.1984 instead of 10.09.1984 in the birth certificate of the petitioner's son V.Arun Prasad issued by the respondent dated 22.02.2017.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

3. It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that while issuing the birth certificate of the petitioner's son, the authority instead of mentioning the date of birth as '09.06.1984', wrongly mentioned as '10.09.1984'. In order to prove this, the petitioner submitted the SSLC Mark https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Statement, Transfer Certificate as well as Passport of her son, which contain the correct date of birth as '09.06.1984'.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent has no objection in considering the petitioner's representation on the basis of the documents produced by him.

5. Considering the above said submission, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent concerned to correct the date of birth and issue fresh certificate as prayed for to the petitioner within a period four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
