This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the District Munsiff (Rent Controller), Melur to dispose of the R.C.O.P.No.4 of 2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioner.

3. On perusing the records, this Court is inclined to issue a direction for expeditious disposal. Accordingly, this Court directs the District Munsiff (Rent Controller), Melur to dispose of the R.C.O.P.No.4 of 2018 within a period of three months at any rate not later than 31.03.2021.

4. In the result, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
