This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to provide adequate police protection at the time of survey to be conducted by the Head Surveyor, Virudhunagar District https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12160 of 2021 in order to demarcate the petitioner's properties comprised in Survey Nos.306/1A, 308/1, 308/2 and 309/1 to an extent of 9.89.50 Hectares, situated at Vembakudi, Thiruchuli Taluk, Virudhunagar District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 23.04.2021. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that on the complaint of the petitioner, the respondent police conducted detailed enquiry and the same was closed on 20.02.2021.

3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
