To call for the records relating to the judgment in S.C.No.50/2015 dated 30.03.2021 on the file of Mahalir Neethimandram, Fast Track Mahila Court, Ramanathapuram set aside the same and allow this appeal.

Order :This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.SUSI KUMAR.C., Advocate for the appellant and of MR.RMS.SETHURAMAN, Counsel for State Government (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.3327 of 2021 in Crl.A(MD)No.206 of 2021, dated 08.07.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.3327 of 2021 in Crl.A(MD)No.206 of 2021, dated 08.07.2021 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned counsel for State Government (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent has strongly opposed to relax the condition. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the learned counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.3327 of 2021 in Crl.A(MD)No.206 of 2021, dated 08.07.2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
