Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RAMESH KUMAR D, Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE (CRIMINAL SIDE) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.12716 of 2020, dated 14.07.2021.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners have complied with the condition from 30.07.2021 to 19.08.2021 and thereafter, they did not comply with the condition.
