ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by P.VELMURUGAN, J.) The father has filed this Habeas Corpus Petition seeking a direction to the respondents/police to produce her daughter/detenue namely, Kayalvizhi, aged about 17 years before this Court.

2. The detenue while studying 1st year B.Tech at M.A.M College, Tiruchirappalli, went missing. The respondents/police have now produced the detenue before this Court. The parents of the detenue are also present. We enquired the detenue. She expressed her willingness to go along with her parents and also to pursue her studies.

3. Recording the statement of the detenue, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed. The 2nd respondent/police is directed to inform the college management of M.A.M College, Tiruchirappalli, where the detenue is studying, not to permit any one to contact the detenue except her parents.
