ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition to seek compensation of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs Only) in respect of the death by road accident of her son.

2.At the last hearing, the State was directed to produce documents relating to the relevant insurance policy and the driving license of the person who drove the vehicle in question. W.P(MD)No.14604 of 2021 Consequently, the petitioner is now in a position to make a claim before the jurisdictional Motor Accident Claims Tribunal in respect of the claim for compensation.

3.By recording the aforesaid, W.P.(MD).No.14604 of 2021 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
