RESPONDENT/PETITIONER Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to Grant extension of time limit for a further period of four months in Crl.O.P. (MD) No. 12259 of 2019 in Tirunelveli OCU CBCID Crime No. 05/2019 U/s. 420 IPC to complete the investigation and filling final report.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) for the petitioner,the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking extension of time granted in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12259 of 2019 dated 03.09.2019, for filing final report.

2.Mr.P.Kottaichamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the petitioner would submit that due to pandemic situation, the petitioner could not to complete the investigation and file a final report before the concerned Court.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this petition is allowed and the time is extended by ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, for the petitioner to comply with the order dated 03.09.2019 made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12259 of 2019.
