RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.9174 of 2021, dated 12.07.2021 on the file of this Honble Court in Crime No.127 of 2021 on the file the Respondent Police and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. BALAJI.A, Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE (CRIMINAL SIDE) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.9174 of 2021, dated 12.07.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition from 27.07.2021, without fail.
