Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner wants this Court to direct the authorities to form channel through the petition mentioned survey numbers. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner claims that a decree was passed in favour of the writ petitioner. If that be so, the petitioner can execute the same. Writ proceedings cannot be used as execution proceedings. 4.Granting liberty to the writ petitioner to workout his right in the manner known to law, the writ petition is disposed of.
