ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused rank not known, who was arrested on 11.07.2022 for the alleged offence under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(C), 29(1) and 25 of NDPS Act, in Crime No.189 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.By the order dated 12.06.2023, interim bail was granted only on the ground 1/3

that the petitioner's mother was ill.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after complying the above said condition, the petitioner surrendered before the concerned Court in pursuance of the order passed by this Court dated 12.06.2023.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
