ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent to conduct enquiry and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner, dated 06.06.2022.

2. This Court by order dated 25.08.2022 impleaded the District Collector as third respondent in this proceedings.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated 06.06.2022 has been forwarded to the District Collector on 28.06.2022, which is pending before him.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner sought for a limited prayer that a direction may be issued to the third respondent to complete the enquiry on the representation of the petitioner. 2/4

5. Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, the third respondent /District Collector is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
