This writ petitioner is filed seeking a direction to the respondent No.3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.07.2021 and for consequential direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to take action on the basis of the complaint given by th epetitioner.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the complaint given by one Lavanya, the case in Crime No.339 of 2021 has been registered for the offences punishable under Sections 294 (b), 323 IPC and Section 4 of Tamilnadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002 on 23.07.2021 wherein the petitioner is shown as second accused. Similarly, on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered on 15.08.2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) IPC and investigation in both cases is underway.
3. Since the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition.
4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is disposed of.
