O R D E R
The Petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to issue the original copy of patta in Patta No.447, in respect of the property in S.Nos.137/6A and 137/6B in Panaiyur Village, Madurai District.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that in the online patta, there is an error with regard to the name of patta holder and after correcting the same, original patta will be issued to the Petitioner within two weeks. 4.Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to furnish the original copy of patta in Patta No.447 to the Petitioner, within two weeks from today. No costs.
