ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent Nos.3 and 4 not to harass the petitioner and his family members.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that a case has been registered based on the complaint given by the petitioner in crime No.82 of 2020 for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11527 of 2020 offence punishable under Sections 344, 294(b), 323 IPC and Section 4 of Women Harassment Act and the same was referred as mistake of fact and RCS notice also served to the petitioner on 08.09.2020. He would further submit that there is a counter case in crime No.84 of 2020 for the offence under Section 341, 294(b) IPC and Section 4 of Women Harassment Act and charge sheet also filed in C.C.No.76 of 2020 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruppathur. 3.In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondents 3 and 4 are directed to approach the appropriate forum for their remedy. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is closed.
