ORDER

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw the H.M.O.P.No.32 of 2023 on the file of the Sub Court, Lalgudi, Trichy District and transfer to the Sub Court, Kumbakonam, Thanjavur District.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the matter was settled between the parties before the Mediation Centre and a report is also received. The terms of the compromise is also enclosed with the report. In view of the settlement reached between the parties, nothing survives for adjudication in this case.

3. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed. Let the terms of settlement be form a part and parcel of this order.
