PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to survey our land to an extent of 0.4.75 hector situated in Survey No.107/30A1 having Patta No.3926 at Mudukulathur (Keela) Village, Mudukulathur Taluk, Mudukulathur Subdivision, Ramanathapuram District, and lay boundary stones based on the petitioner's representation dated 27.04.2023.

The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of a Mandamus seeking a direction to the respondents / Tahsildar, Head Surveyor and Firka Surveyor of Mudukulathur Taluk, Ramanathapuram District, to survey the lands measuring 0.4.75 hectors situated in Survey No.107/30A1 in patta No.3926 at Mudukulathur (Keela) Village, Mudukulathur Taluk, Ramanathapuram District. The petitioner had given a representation on 27.04.2023 and had also paid necessary charges. 2/5

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader, Mr.J.Ashok, states that the aforementioned patta stands in the name of the petitioner herein.

3. A direction is given to the respondents to comply with the request made in the aforementioned application given by the petitioner herein within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
