PRAYER :-For Bail in Crime No.761 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Sole accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 22.06.2022 for the offences punishable under Section 379 IPC r/w Section 21 (iv) of Tamil Nadu Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 in Crime No.761 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the petitioner is having 5 previous cases.
3.However, in pursuance of the direction of this Court, the petitioner has filed an undertaking affidavit stating that he will not indulge in such sort of illegal activities in future. On the basis of the affidavit that has been filed by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions.

CRL OP(MD). No.12284 of 2022 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pabanasam, and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
