Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner sought certain information from the third respondent. It was not given. Hence, he filed an appeal before the second respondent. The petitioner wants the said appeal to be disposed of. 3.The learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 2 and 3 states that the petitioner's appeal will be disposed of on merits an in accordance with law within a period of the weeks.

4.Recording the said submission, the second respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned appeal on merits and in accordance with within a period of thee weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into merits of the matter. It is open to the second respondent to pass order one way or the other. 2/4
