ORDER

I have heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 2.Though the writ petition has been filed for the limited relief of issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the first respondent to conduct survey, it is brought to my notice by Mr.S.Kameswaran, learned Additional Government Pleader that the Assistant Director of Land Survey and Registration Department, Madurai has passed final orders in Na.Ka.No.5820/2024/A4 on 24.12.2024.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that liberty may be granted to challenge the said order, in the event of the petitioner being aggrieved.

4.In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order of the Assistant Director of Land Survey and Registration Department, Madurai in Na.Ka.No.5820/2024/A4, dated 24.12.2024 in the manner known to law. No costs.
