O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for survey of a land in Survey.No.1367/2B1 at Unjampatti Village, Theni Taluk, Theni District. To that effect, the petitioner made a representation before the respondent on 20.12.2016.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent has not taken any steps so far.

3.Considering the above stated facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, I only direct the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 20.12.2016 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
